An easy to use test kit to monitor urease activity in roasted and extruded soybean products.
PRO-CHEK
A simple test kit used in combination with SOY-CHEK. The PRO-CHEK/SOY-CHEK combination is used to measure By-Pass Protein in roasted full-fat soybean meals for the dairy industry, AND/OR to determine the point of overcooking for roasted full-fat soybean meals processed for monogastric animals.
OAT-CHEK I
A quick test kit used to solve the hydrolytic rancidity part of oat-product shelf-life stability problem. This lipase based test kit is applicable to most thermally processed oilseed products.
OAT-CHEK II
Another quick test kit used to solve the oxidative rancidity part of oat-product shelf-life stability. This peroxidase based test kit is also applicable to most thermally processed oilseed products.
